Flu, Influenza, Cold, Virus, Sick

Cold sores are very, very annoying.  How do you get rid of them?  How do you stop the stinging?

There are so many sprays, ointments and balms out there.  Which one should you choose?

Look through health4coldsores.com to find some solutions to your problems and avoid possible causes.

Natural remedies

Ice
Ice may does not get rid of the cold sore, but it does ease the discomfort and inflammation of cold sores.

DIRECTIONS
Apply a cold pack directly to the sores for temporary relief.

Vanilla
Vanilla extract is a natural cold sore remedy. It makes it hard for the virus to thrive and can either wipe it out or lessen its severity and duration. Start applying it the second you feel the tingling set it.

Directions…
Soak cotton pad or swab in vanilla until thoroughly saturated. Apply directly to the cold sore, holding the swab or pad in place for a minute or so. Repeat four times each day until no longer needed.

Pharmacy medicines

Product reviews

Customer review, written on 9th September 2016:
“It’s the only product I use when I get a cold sore, and I’ve tried many over the years. The difference with Bio-propolis is that it keeps the lips moist while healing the cold sore. I also use it when my lips are dry, it seems to coat the area with moisture, wonderful.”
